Poinsettia Sale Another Success!
Posted by Patrick Ward
Paul Brenner and Mark Imbriaco, Rotary Club of Hazleton project co-chairs hand out Christmas flower orders for distribution by Rotary Club members. For the 11th consecutive year, the Rotary Club of Hazleton is here to help brighten holidays with poinsettias, amaryllis and Christmas cactus. Orders were taken by Rotary Club members and distributed on December 4th.
Proceeds from the sale are used to fund the club’s Dictionary Project and Scholarship Fund. Over 900 dictionaries were distributed to Hazleton Area School District 3rd graders this November. Applications for the scholarship fund will be available in area high schools in the spring.
“We want to thank everyone who purchased Christmas plants from the Rotary Club” comments Mark Imbriaco. “Your support is sincerely appreciated”.
