Our two-part program featured Lehigh University students Briana Papp and Hannah Plaza, who have received our Rotary Scholarships. Our own Donna Barna chaired the program, which concluded with our District Governor Barbara Belon reporting on the "State of the District," and outlining plans for the upcoming District Conference April 29-30.
