Marla Doddo, of the Luzerne/ Schuylkill Workforce Investment Board was our speaker. The Mission of the WIB is to ensure a demand-driven, world-class workforce system aligned with economic development and education. Particular focus was give to the youth programs and services offered by the WIB. Our own Mary Malone chaired the the program.
