Past District 7410 Governor Irene Carey, accompanied by District 7410 Coordinator Melissa Saxon and short term Exchange Student Stephanie Yanochko, from Hazleton Area High School, who spent 8 weeks in Japan, gave us an update on the Rotary Youth Exchange. Stephanie is applying to becoming an full year outbound Exchange Student next year.
